Patrick is a qualified Civil Engineer with over 15 years of experience in estimating across residential and commercial construction, both in Australia and internationally. As BillingsLong’s Estimator, he is responsible for preparing detailed and competitive tender submissions, analysing project documentation, and collaborating closely with clients and consultants. Patrick manages pricing strategies, liaises with suppliers and subcontractors, and ensures value for money without compromising quality. He also provides variation costings, manages post-tender clarifications, and supports smooth handover to the project team. Mellisa is a Junior Estimator with a civil engineering background that strengthens her technical understanding of project requirements and cost planning.
