As Master Franchisee for Brumby’s in North Queensland, we commenced our relationship with Billings Long in 2005.

During that time Billings Long have delivered nine new stores, as well as at least two relocations and numerous store upgrades.

I meet Wayne on-site to determine the Electrical and Plumbing requirements, along with the overall shop design, including consultation about entrance doors. Our letter of offer to lease was reviewed by Wayne, which delivered considerable savings to the franchisees.

Billings Long took full control and responsibility of the shop fit, liaising directly with franchisees on layout (within the franchisor shop fit guidelines), as well as organising council applications. This allowed me to focus on my side of the business.
